We are continuing our due diligence on the Odd Fellows tract. During February we have had professional drillers on site to help us determine existing ground water levels as well as how to best mine the property. That information along with much more must be understood in order to complete our Mining Permit application. NC DEQ holds mining companies responsible for submitting extensive data to meet the criteria required to grant a mining permit. Accumulation of that information takes months. Our field testing should be complete in the next 30-60 days.

Unfortunately, due to prior vandalism along with recent threats, RDU Security has had to patrol the property night and day. That should end with the field testing.
