Colin C. Perry
Colin is the Area Sales Manager for the Knightdale and Triangle Quarries, in this role he oversees sales for these two quarries. Colin is also the Business Development Manager. He managed the development and growth of Wake Stone’s real estate interests, including the Hinton Oaks Industrial Park and other commercial property investments.
Prior to joining Wake Stone in 2010, Colin was a commercial real estate broker with York Properties. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Management and Society. In 2017, he received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Colin is a member at Holy Trinity Anglican Church. He helps lead a grass-roots annual fundraiser for struggling families in the community. Colin and his wife, Emily, have two children and one, spoiled English Lab.
